Like many multinationals around the world, we have recently been subject to attempts to defraud our consumers by email. It has come to our attention that a number of emails purporting to be from representatives of Pepsi, frequently using the Pepsi trademark and asking either for cash payments or personal information, are being sent to consumers across the world.

If you receive one of these emails, it is highly likely to be fraudulent with no connection to either PepsiCo or any of PepsiCo's authorised bottlers. Please do not reply to the email, transfer any money into unknown accounts, or provide any personal details to the sender.

If you have any doubts about an email you have received which shares the above characteristics, please forward it to britvic@britvicresponse.co.uk so we can confirm its authenticity or otherwise. We are doing all we can to stop the fraudulent emails but in the meantime please exercise caution.

Who Provides What?

  • *We do not provide the phone line connection to PEPSIARABIA.COM; you must provide and pay     for it.
  • *You confirm that you have obtained consent to access PEPSIARABIA.COM from the person who    pays for the phone line.
  • *There may be faults on the website from time to time; we will correct faults reported by you as    soon as we can but we cannot guarantee that the website will be error-free.
  • *We may suspend the availability of all or part of the website at any time for any reason.
  • *You pay for contacting our telephone help lines.
  • *You will comply with terms relating to the use of any Internet browser used when viewing the    website.
